Can I get samples before a bulk order?
Yes. Samples are available for quality checking, product testing and retail packaging review. Sample lead time is usually 3-7 days for standard items.
Do you support OEM and ODM customization?
Yes. We support custom colors, logo printing, private label packaging, product combinations, mold development and new sports product design for B2B buyers.
What is your MOQ?
Many standard products start from 100 pcs. Trial orders are accepted for regular items, while custom molds, special colors and private packaging depend on the final design.

What payment terms do you accept?
Common payment terms include T/T, L/C and PayPal for samples. For bulk orders, a typical term is deposit before production and balance before shipment.
How long is production lead time?
Standard products usually take 15-25 days. Customized orders usually take 20-35 days depending on quantity, logo process, mold work and packaging.
Which shipping methods are available?
We support sea freight, air freight, express delivery and forwarder pickup. Trade terms can include FOB Shanghai and CIF destination.
Can you provide certifications?
Product testing and CE related support can be arranged for applicable product lines. Every shipment follows in-house inspection before packing and delivery.
What warranty do you provide?
We provide a 1-year warranty against confirmed manufacturing defects and offer after-sales support for quality issues with clear photos or videos.
